We are pretty packed in and there are millions of kids. There are also lots of people from different nationalities. The campground goes right up the hill to where the permanent residents are. We are in a shady spot, at the end of the park, right next to the railway line. The first time a train went past I was a bit scared because I didn't know what it was. But now I have got used to it though it did wake me up on the first night. You can't see the train cause it is in the bushes but you can always hear it go "honk honk" as it goes into the tunnel.
The beach has some great boogy boarding waves. We have been boogy boarding like crazy and we go to the beach every day and the pool multiple times a day.
Also, the best part is the little shop in the campground. We are allowed to spend $1 on lollies there every afternoon. We walk down by ourselves. Plus everything is very cheap. Today I got 5 Wicked Fizzes for $1 and you can suck them for ever.
Last of all, there are free movies there every night as part of the Christmas activities. One night there is no movie but free karaoke and disco instead.
It just keeps getting better and better! I can't wait for Christmas!
It does sound like a great spot Maisie. A great spot to spend Christmas. X Nannie
