This is me in one of Bert Hinkler's planes. Bert Hinkler was a great pilot. He was the first person to fly from England to Australia. I also like Bert because he was kind to his mother and sent her letters while he was away. I also like him because Bert is my nickname.
My football and I have been together everywhere so far.
I'm sure you will write letters to your mum when you go away just like Bert Hinkler Harvey. X Nannie
