Milla- I love Quokkas

On the iland they were  little animals called qocis. (Quokkas)
I love Quokkas.  They are cute.

Their mum's carry them in their pouch for about 6 months.  They still go in for feeding.  But they don't go in any other time. But these photos aren't of a baby.  But they are of the mother.  We saw some babies too.

I
They like to eat green leaves and the stems of leaves.

They look like joeys.  They hop kind of like kangaroos.

  1. I have never see a quokka Milla. You are very lucky seeing all these animals on your travels and learning about them. X Nannie

    1. This morning we saw a quokka with a baby in its pouch. They liked me. But we are not allowed to touch them or feed them. I touched one before I knew the rules of the Island.
